@ in context names

I've removed the @ symbol from the contexts in the demo (and the initial setup). Of course you can use it yourself if you want to. I think the @ symbol convention came about because people were trying to shoehorn GTD into systems not designed for GTD. That's not a problem we have here. Anyone not in favour of this move?

I like the change to not use the @. A while ago I was musing to my self about how there was no purpose to the @ except to make the context names sort higher than other names - which of course we don't have. I was thinking how the @contexts should lose the @ or the realms and areas should get them. I manually renamed my contexts to remove the @ now and I think it looks a bit cleaner. +1

yeah, finally - the funny thing is: I already got rid of them a long time ago (1.x) but reinvented them to avoid the manual deselection of the contexts of the upgrade files each time LOL - thanks.
