Bug fix in MgtdTagControls
Plus some very minor tweaks in a couple of other places. The bug was causing context lists not to refresh properly when actions modified their contexts. Thanks very much to Tyson W for finding and reporting this one. New version is r416114.

Ho do I update from r414081 to this version? Perhaps, just import the new MgtdTagControls tiddler and change version number in MgtdConf?
As you've discovered the version number lives in MgtdConf. So you could fetch that one as well to keep your version number updated. But it should be always safe (albeit a little more time consuming) to import everthing.
I'm not necessarily clear on how to import stuff... well, how to do it is clear, but I just want to import my data, not your configurations.
I just imported everything into 416114 except MgtdConf.
is that the best way to proceed? Or should I have manually excluded all of your system items and only import my data?
oh, and oddly enough, my MonkeyGTD done did not load up this morning... so I checked here, updated, and I'm good to get back to work.
