One day too late :( I just spent way too much time doing it the hard way, uploading to tiddly spot myself.
I love MGTD 2.1 and tiddlyspot. Oh well now it will be easier for others.

is there a way to upgrade an existing monkey GTD 1.0.6 on tiddlyspot to the latest version?
any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

regarding upgrade you may have a look here:
Can I upgrade from 1.0
So only the step from 1.x to the "Alpha" has to be done with a bit manual work (as some changes are too complex to automate the upgrade) but you could upgrade semi-automated from there on
