Another 3.0 preview...

Please note, it's not usable yet. Just a preview. I wouldn't normally post this but a number of you have requested some hint as to what's coming up. Things to look for:

• New button adds the realm. (Yay. Finally).
• Speedy instant refresh of everything. (Well, that was in the last sneak preview).
